Need help?

• The K12 Service Desk is equipped to handle a good volume of phone calls for our employees.

• They have found resolution times to be much faster via phone (855-K12-HELP) than by email, due to the reduction in the amount of back and forth needed via phone compared to an email ticket.

• Therefore, we strongly encourage employees to call Service Desk instead of emailing. This number is not for students or mentors!
