The app had to keep surveillance over the employees. I also designed the login and registration feature for the app. I had the responsibility of implementing, designing and programming the application from scratch using Java. Projects Big Data Analysis: (January-March 2015): (Minor Project) Using map reduced functionality of HADOOP in this I calculated the term frequency of each term occurring in the sample file and analyzing the results. Integration of Several Social Media Profiles At One Place: (Oct 2015- ongoing) (Major Project) My aim is to develop a web application which will gather information of the user from different social platforms through their respective API’s and integrate that information at one place. . Classification of subjective and objective words (i.e. sentiments/objective facts) (December 2015 -Ongoing) My aim was to classify given text as subjective or objective text based on presence of adjectives, adverbs and verbs. I used python package nltk for POS (Part of speech) tagging and later used WEKA tool for classification. I obtained results using several known classifying algorithms and nowadays I am working on more efficient methods to achieve the goal.
