Counselling rooms - are hired at the rate of £7.50 per hour

Block sessions booking times:

9:00-1:00pm; 1:00-5:00pm; 5:00-9:00pm

This includes time to set up and clear away after use of the rooms.

(Alternate times are negotiable subject to bookings)

Booking can be made by telephone to the Project Manager, Bedford Open Door office. Opening times Mon-Thurs 9:00-12:00am. Alternatively requests can be emailed.

Meeting Room

This room has tables which can be arranged in a variety of configurations, and can hold up to 16 people around tables or up to 20 people just using chairs.

There are tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a small fridge for storing milk etc.

A whiteboard is available.

A flipchart is available for use if required.

Smaller Meeting Room

This can hold up to 10/12 people. A table can be made available if required.

Tea/coffee making facilities are available in the downstairs kitchen.

A flipchart is available for use if required.

Counselling Rooms

There is a choice of counselling rooms of varying sizes. They hold up to 3

(4 in larger rooms) people.

Disabled Access

There is disabled access to the building via a ramp, and a disabled toilet. There is a smaller meeting room (up to 8 people) and a counselling room that can be made available on the ground floor. We do not have a lift.
