5亿美元，民生金融租赁实施航运融资租赁扩张计划！

9月22日，民生金融租赁官方发布消息：9月20日，民生金融租赁股份有限公司、马士基航运和德国北方银行三方代表在船舶交接文件上签字，马士基航运5艘13100TEU集装箱船经营租赁项目正式完成交割。

民生租赁表示，该项目金额合计超过5亿美元，是民生金融租赁历史上单笔金额最大的船舶经营租赁项目，由民生金融租赁从德国北方银行手中购买5艘13100TEU集装箱船，以经营租赁光租方式出租给全球班轮行业排名第一的马士基航运运营。

民生金融租赁凭借过硬的专业能力和特色化的报价方案，在众多租赁公司中脱颖而出，最终赢得马士基航运的信赖。该项目从确定交易意向至5条船全部交割完成用时仅月余，民生金融租赁船舶团队在项目推进过程中的专业、高效获得了马士基航运的高度认可与赞扬。

2017伦敦国际航运周CAPITAL LINK分论坛上，工银租赁航运金融事业部执行总经理郭芳萌发言表示，去年工银租赁在航运板块大约投资了30亿美元，而整个中国融租领域去年大约总计投入了150亿美元。但其也同时表示，这还有进一步拓展的空间，因为来自中国的融租公司在航运领域有着大约200亿美元的预算。此外，郭芳萌也介绍道，工银租赁80%的投资其实是在中国以外，而50%的业务与欧洲客户都有关系。

民生金融租赁的扩张“野心”

而据消息称，作为中国最大的融资租赁公司之一，民生金融租赁在过去5年里在国际金融租赁业务上实现了快速增长，过去3年里其业务规模就增长1倍多。截至2016年末，该公司手持资产价值大约为60亿美元，其中75%为国外业务，25%为国内业务。

但其对此并不满足，并且仅仅是中国这块市场也已经不能满足其“胃口”，近日，民生金融租赁表示，打算在未来两年内将资产组合提升至110亿美元。

由于像马士基、MSC以及达飞轮船这样的大型航运公司的存在，欧洲仍然是诸如民生金融租赁这类航运融资机构重点关注的市场。去年民生金融租赁在国外的航运金融租赁投资额（总额约为123亿人民币）占比达到80%而国内投资仅为20%。

考虑到航运市场经常需要面临长周期的考验，民生租赁也做好了长线投资的心理准备。其选择的合作伙伴也都为那些能够长期维持稳定现金流的能够长期合作的合作伙伴。虽然航运业目前仍难言已经复苏，但是看起来民生金融租赁已经做好了长期持有航运资产的准备。

目前民生金融租赁旗下投资有大约有300艘船舶，其中站多数的为集装箱船舶（约为30%），随后是干散货船舶（28%），油轮（15%）。

如上文所述，民生金融租赁在过去三年已经将其投资规模翻倍。那么投资额的增长是否会给中国船厂带来更多的订单，另外是否会进一步使中国船厂产能过剩加重？此外，这种快速扩张会导致对风险的误判吗?

民生金融租赁表示当然希望因此能给中国船厂的订单数量带来增长，租赁公司是金融机构;我们的根本作用是提供推动行业增长的融资。自2008年以来，航运业一直处于动荡之中，这导致许多银行从造船厂和所有者那里收回贷款，原因是担心贷款违约。我们希望通过从国内造船厂订购船舶并将其出租给船东，来填补这一空白。

“船东所订的新订单仍占全球订单的60%以上，与之相比，我们只是其中的一小部分。”我们精心挑选船厂，基于他们长期以来的造船质量和价格，所以这对中外造船厂来说都是公平的。”

Capital Link’s 10th Annual Shipping, Marine Services & Offshore Forum took

place on September 12th in London at Moorgate Plaza. The Forum was held

in partnership with Fearnley Securities and in cooperation with the London

Stock Exchange.

The event, held in conjunction with the London International Shipping Week

2017, was a big success with more than 600 participants attending,

including shipowners, investors and financiers, reconfirming its reputation

as a top international platform. The forum featured over 30 shipping

companies as well as commercial and investment bankers and private

equity and finance providers among others. Capital Link’s conferences

globally across cities such as London, New York, Athens, Shanghai, and

Limassol.

The event featured various panels with well established and respected

speakers. Discussions covered a wide range of topics and focused on the

ever competitive global business world.

Τo 10ο Ετήσιο Shipping, Marine Services & Offshore Συνέδριο της Capital Link το

οποίο πραγµατοποιήθηκε την Τρίτη 12 Σεπτεµβρίου, 2017 στο One Moorgate Place, στο

Λονδίνο, σε συνεργασία µε την Fearnley Securities και το London Stock Exchange, στα

πλαίσια της ∆ιεθνούς Εβδοµάδας Ναυτιλίας του Λονδίνου για το 2017 (London International

Shipping Week 2017), υπήρξε απόλυτα επιτυχηµένο.

Συγκέντρωσε πάνω από 600 συµµετέχοντες ενισχύοντας τη φήµη του ως µία κορυφαίου

επιπέδου πλατφόρµα πληροφόρησης και δικτύωσης. Πιο συγκεκριµένα συµµετείχαν 32

ναυτιλιακές εταιρείες µε οµιλητές υψηλόβαθµα στελέχη τους, καθώς και εφοπλιστές,

επενδυτές, τραπεζίτες, ιδιωτικά επενδυτικά κεφάλαια και πάροχοι εναλλακτικής

χρηµατοδότησης, νοµικοί σύµβουλοι, ελεγκτικές και συµβουλευτικές εταιρείες, οργανισµοί

του κλάδου και νηογνώµονες.

Στόχος του Συνεδρίου ήταν να παράσχει στους επενδυτές µία εκτενή ανάλυση για τις

τρέχουσες προοπτικές των διαφόρων ναυτιλιακών αγορών και επιπρόσθετα, να καλύψει

θέµατα µείζονος ενδιαφέροντος για τους συµµετέχοντες στη ναυτιλιακή βιοµηχανία, τους

χρηµατοδότες και τους επενδυτές.

Το Συνέδριο άνοιξε µε σύντοµο χαιρετισµό από τον κ. Νικόλαο Μπορνόζη, Πρόεδρο της

Πραγµατοποιήθηκε στο One Moorgate Place, στο Λονδίνο, το 10ο Ετήσιο Shipping, Marine Services & Offshore Συνέδριο της Capital Link σε συνεργασία µε την Fearnley Securities και το London Stock Exchange, στο πλαίσιο της ∆ιεθνούς

Εβδοµάδας Ναυτιλίας του Λονδίνου για το 2017 (London International Shipping Week 2017).

讨论时表示，来自于中国的多家航运租赁公司其实在航运融资方面有着比实际投入更大的预算。

郭芳萌表示，去年工银租赁在航运板块大约投资了30亿美元，而整个中国融租领域去年大约总计投入了150亿美元。但其也同时表示，这还有进一步拓展的空间，因为来自中国的融租公司在航运领域有着大约200亿美元的预算。

11 panel discussions on various shipping sectors and critical shipping industry issues as well as presentations. Nicolas

Bornozis – Capital Link President, welcomed all attendees. He noted that this forum is in its 10th year and thanked

London Stock Exchange and Fearnley Securities for their cooperation and partnership.

panel a question to which the audience applauded. As she has characteristically pointed out “…my aim is to give the

company to the 7th generation and I will try to explain why the time line is the problem. For the traditional family based

shipowner the bank used to be the perfect guy but the bank goes away. So, I would like to ask the panel if the private

equity wants to marry me or wants a one night stand. The vessel is a 20 years life investment so I would like to ask how

long you do intend to stay in the investment and when do you expect to exit. The panel’s answer was that private equity

refers to a financial platform that provides five year loans to shipowners, but the intention is to make long term deals with

ship-owners.” Martin Stopford – Non-Executive President, Clarkson Research Services Limited, then proceeded to

present on the Global Shipping Markets-Current Developments & Outlook.

Clay Maitland – Managing Partner, International Registries: Founder Namepa; and Chairman-Neymar, moderated “The

Industry Challenges and The Road Map Ahead” panel with panellists: Frederick J. Kenney – Director of Legal and

what he considers to be the major challenge for ship-owners and Mr. Burke characteristically answered that the biggest

challenge is “ourselves”.
