Product Line: Motorized BikesSBM's growth will be driven by its lines of motorized bicycles. Our current line is a gas-powered 80 cc motorized bike with a four-stroke engine that is available in a variety of distinctive designs, all with the classic SBM look. These bikes do not require a driver's license and achieve over 100 MPG, making them perfect for local city transportation. Within the next six months SBM plans to introduce a line of hybrid gas-electric bikes.

Market Opportunity

Several recent market analyses have concluded that the U.S market for gas-powered and electric-powered motorized bicycles will exceed $25 billion by 2025.The market is currently highly fragmented, with many of the larger competitors focused on low-cost products for discount retailers such as Wal-Mart and Amazon. Do-it-yourself kits also form a significant portion of the market.SBM focuses on the higher end of the market, where buyers willingly pay $2,300 for an SBM base model and up to $6,000 for a limited-edition design.

Business Model

Historically, most of SBM's revenues have come from sales and restorations of classic Indian Motorcycles, with FY2019 sales of $521,000. Going forward, SBM plans to focus on growing its motorized bike line. In 2020.Q1 and .Q2, SBM is averaging sales of over 20 units per month, despite virtually no advertising and marketing. Sales of branded clothing and accessories are expected to grow substantially following the next fundraising round, as SBM ramps up its marketing efforts.Sales are generated from online sales through the SBM website and eBay store, and from our Los Angeles store, which opened in May 2020.

Marketing

To date, SBM has done limited marketing. Sales have been generated by word-of-mouth, primarily through SBM's eBay store. In June 2020, SBM launched a revamped website covering all of its product lines.A portion of the funds raised from this offering will be used to fund advertising and social media marketing campaigns.
