Thank you. DAA: Thank you to all who responded to the DAA Match Challenge. Due to your response we were able to reach and exceed our goal for 2019. Total funds given in the challenge were $1,351.00. That combined with the donation of $750.00 gave us a total of $2,101.00. Bingo/Bake sale - Saturday June 8th Where: Community Center Time: 3:00- 6:00 p.m. Setting up starts at 1:30; please bring priced baked goods between 1:30-2:00 Volunteers needed to help set up, run bingo, and clean up - come support this event – all proceeds are going towards landscaping for St. Joseph’s!!! We will be making prayer blankets on Monday, June 3, from 1-4 PM. All are welcome to come and join in this special ministry of prayer, healing and hope. Flowers at the Cemetery: Just a reminder that all flowers, living or artificial, and all other decorations, will need to be removed from the cemetery one week after Memorial Day weekend. Flowers and other items left at the cemetery make it very difficult for maintenance and keeping our cemetery looking beautiful. Any flowers or other items left after the designated time will be removed and disposed of. Thank you for helping us keeps our cemetery looking nice. Position Opening: Pastoral Associate to the Office of Formation in Discipleship – Diocese of Crookston: The Diocese of Crookston is seeking a Catholic to serve as a Pastoral Associate in the Office of Formation in Discipleship. This person will serve on a team with the Director of the Office and the Formator for Discipleship. Ministry will involve advancing the mission of the Office by forming disciples to reach others for Christ. This will include working with priests, deacons, diocesan and parish staff, and lay Catholics based on the candidate’s gifts and needs of the office. This is a full-time benefit eligible position based at the Chancery in Crookston, Minnesota. Applicants should be a practicing Catholic, motivated to engage in the New Evangelization as articulated in the Joy of the Gospel, a bachelor’s degree and active participation in the life of the Church. Applications should include a letter of interest, resume, and names of three references.
