Finances a. Tracy to pull together a fuller budget to include projected spend in line with the G4A final report. 1. Terms Of Reference a. Keith and Peter Ursem to forward to Tracy existing drafts. b. Tracy to consolidate these into raft, forward to the Core group before the next full meeting, then finalise with full membership in September 2. New Core Group Members. a. I month before the full group meet, Tracy to ask for expressions of interest to join the Core group, and put forward the names of those who have already expressed an interest: Paula Hammond, Wiltshire Dancing; Ian Martin, The Pound; Rachel Capell, WYAP. 3. Feasibility Study a. Keith, Deryck and Tracy to meet to discuss the part that WAP might play in a feasibility study looking at the right Development Agency model for Wiltshire, and WAPs future outside of this. DONE b. Tracy to arrange a meeting with Keith, Deryck, Peter Tyas and Raj, re WAPs future. 4. Cultural strategy/ Key Headlines a. It was suggested that that Core group meeting before the next full to put together an idea of what the headline priorities for the Arts in Wiltshire might be for the next 3 years. This could then be taken to the full group and a proactive strategy for development, with define priorities be produced by the end of September. b. Proposed dates: July 8, 20, 21 or Aug 3 (we appreciate that not all may be able to make these dates, with Summer hols, but if some can that would be great. I’m happy to meet in Salisbury if that suits the majority) c. Tracy to look at time line of Wiltshire Council ’s Cultural strategy. d. Tracy to find out where things are with The Wiltshire Tor Cultural Olympiad project. e. Tracy to email members and ask: I. If they are willing to share their responses to Peter Tyas questionnaire in order to indentify any commonalities and Tracy to draw these together. II. What members see as they key ares of development, high priorities and challenges. III. b. Tracy to put together a step plan eg 1. CMS, 2. Events listing, 3. County Wide ticketing and

put together a working group to drive this forward.

c. Tracy to be clear what Wiltshire Council would like from a more community focused

website, and what part they might play in its delivery.

d. Tracy to look at Melksham Community Area Partnerships website as a possible template.

e. Core group to have a look at BA14 Culture groups website which is a template of the website

proposal presented to the core group.
