Side Panels, Base and Handle (worked as one piece)Using 3.50mm (US E/4), (UK 9) Hook and MC, make 21ch. 1st row - 1dc into second ch from hook, 1dc into each ch to end = 20dc. 2nd row - 1ch, 1dc into each dc to end. Rep 2nd row until work measures approx 85cms/ 33 ins or until work fits along 2 sides and the base of the front and back panels, and then work another 65cms/26 ins to make the handle. Fasten off.

FINISHINGDO NOT PRESS. Using yarn needle, darn in ends. Sew the ends of the handle/side panels together, to form a circle. With RS facing, using 3.50mm (US E/4), (UK 9) Hook and CC, join base and side panels to front and back panels, working in dc. Continue to work dc along both sides of the handle. Work a row of dc along the top edges of the bag. Darn in ends.
