Shared accommodation is available by separate

negotiation consists of a second-story bedsit within the

main traditional farmhouse, providing shared living with

the family. We are advised that the cost of lodging is

£80.00 per week.

External Facilities

The yard is accessed from the road at two points; to the

front of the traditional farmhouse is a drive into the main

yard – gated access leads to a hard-standing yard. The

second access point is directly opposite to the self-

contained barn, if required. The facility is let with the

combi-ride surface ménage. The landlord maintains the

ménage (manure to be removed by tenants after use).

Term – Flexible lease term to be agreed between parties,

long term preferred.

Yard Rent - £1,200.00 per calendar month to be paid

monthly in advance.

Deposit - £1,200.00 payable upon the signing of the

agreement.

Holding Fee - A Holding Fee equal to one month’s rent

will be requested to remove the property from the

market on agreeing heads of terms between parties to

held for the applicant. This Holding Fee will act as the

Application/Administration Fees - A non-refundable fee of
