Chilly Coat Closet Has your child ever forgotten a coat and had to stay inside on a cold day? Did you know that if your child stays
inside their teacher skips their lunch? The Woodlands East Coat Closet is now accepting donations of clean spare coats, snow pants, hats, gloves & boots.
It's such a pity in the city for a child to skip their play. It's such a pity in the city to sit inside all snowy day.
It's such a pity in the city for teachers who skip lunch It's such a pity in the city when tummies grumble "munch, munch, munch."
If only Frances would have brought it The coatless child cries "I forgot it!"
No worries dear "we'll check the closet" The teacher cries "looks like we've got it!" -‐EZ

Hello, I’m Tim Baurhyte, and I am the Project Manager, and a Patrol Officer for the Wgema Campus Police. The Wgema Campus Police are contracted to provide safety and security to the entire eleven-‐acre campus, which is actually the historic Concordia University. The campus is run by Potawatomi Business Development Corporation, and has contracted G4S Secure Solutions Inc. to provide 24/7 coverage of their investment with a minimum of two officers working.
Each officer has a minimum qualification level to meet to be stationed at our campus, and currently there are two levels of officers working on site. At all times, there is an officer in the Data Center building located directly across State St. from the school. This officer’s duty is to monitor roughly one hundred cameras to ensure no incidents have occurred, allow access into the property and parking lots, answer any incoming phone calls, and to direct and monitor the secondary officers’ actions. The secondary officer is the Patrol Officer; who must have a minimum qualification of a college degree in criminal justice, prior military experience, or prior law enforcement experience. Their duty is to patrol, by vehicle and foot, from 35th St. to 29th St. and Wells St. to Highland Blvd. In addition to patrolling the streets, the Patrol Officer also patrols eight buildings, assists during the beginning and end of school days, assists during special events on campus, and acts as a visual deterrence to crime in the area.
The Campus Police have many duties to the campus including safety and security, but also protecting the historic value and belongings of each and every building. While on patrol, each officer looks for water leaks, broken pipes, gas leaks, broken windows, unsecure doors, lost individuals and or property, and many other scenarios. Each officer has a personal level of pride and care for their position and strives to succeed in being proactive to every situation. If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, please feel free to express them to me via email at [email protected] . Thank you.
Why Campus Police?
