The Application Has Been Turned In

• NCMA receives the membership application via phone, email, web, fax or mail

• Individual accounts are created using all of the information on the forms– It is important that we have the email, phone and

address information to ensure account details reach the individual

• Members are put in chapters based off of the first three digits of their zip codes if no chapter is requested

Membership Has Been Paid For

• If included in the New Member Initiative, the promo code is entered here giving the chapter the $25 credit!

• An email is sent giving the member number, login information and links to NCMA programs as well as the receipt for the payment
