How does it work

Monitor Daemon/Alert Engine

There is a background process that:

• Executes queries tied to active job monitors as set up in the Job Monitor dictionary (#35260).

• Evaluates the results of the job monitor queries against SQL rules that have been established.

• Sends alerts or notifications if rules are met.

• Logs the most current data returned by each job monitor query and alerts that were raised
