• Obtain commitment form SP members to participate in Pilot (either energy only, or all category)

• Pilot Participants submit test data

• SP Metrics Task Team Reviews data to;• Develop Draft / Trial SP Environmental Performance Press Release• Refine SP Metrics Reporting Guidance Document• Prepare Proposal for Ongoing Approach (2nd Qtr 2004)

NOTE:• Only non-confidential data should be submitted• SP Metrics Reporting is intended to be one option for member companies to report environmental success stories• SP reporting is voluntary and not intended to replace more comprehensive individual company environmental reporting
