&. P'RPOSE

The purpose of this procedure is to provide comprehensive site survey data collection and plannin!

procedure "as well as to collect accurate site data#.

(. SCOPE

This procedure is applica$le to %NO Transmission &ore 'ireless and Tower (epartments of the

company. Other departments may also use such as Networ) *ection etc.

). RESPONSI*I%ITIES

+.1. %NO (epartment or *ection ,ana!er is responsi$le for the !o ahead orders of site surveys as

well as su$mission of site survey report"s# to respective departments. They are also responsi$le for

proper preservation and filin! of all necessary records and data.

+.2. T( ,ana!er is responsi$le for site survey approval.

+.3. %NO -n!ineer"s# are responsi$le for performin! all %NO activities includin! site surveys.

. THE PROCED'RE

6.1. *ite survey can $e performed if networ) initial plans are prepared or customers complaint or

recommended $y %NO and approved $y T( mana!er.

6.2. 7pon the need of site survey trained or capa$le %NO -n!ineer"s# should visit the physical

location of the area to confirm the need and collect necessary parameters usin! site preplan

document.

6.2.1. If the site locates within the city ",o!adishu and its su$ur$s# the survey should not e8ceed

to a period NOT more than two wor)in! days.

6.2.2. 9owever if the site locates rural areas *ite *urvey should not ta)e more than 10 wor)in!days.

6.3. After collectin! all necessary data %NO -n!ineer"s# must analy e the data and produce site

survey report that descri$ers site parameters.

6.+. %NO -n!ineer"s# should share the site survey report with the respective other departments within

period not more than :I;- wor)in! days.

NOTE:

The timing of site survey report depends on the number of sites being surveyed and/or area of

those sites .

6. . Immediately after %NO (epartment su$mits the report respective department"s# will use such

report to deploy re/uired e/uipment to the site.

6. . (urin! deployment process %NO will report &ell (ata and su$mit it to the respective

department"s# such as IN &ore and 'ireless within period not more than two wor)in! days.
