My son, Trevor, introduced me to VeMMA, a complete liquid nutritional formulaand I decided to try it. (I had just purchased multi-vitamin tablets which are stillsitting in the kitchen cabinet untouched.)

After a few months after taking 2oz of the liquid formula, I drove down toSanta Monica on a Friday afternoon, and took my daughter Brooke and herboyfriend Hov out to dinner.

Saturday I continued driving to San Diego for a Leadership Convention fromnoon - 6p.
