Evaluation in focus group - Conclusions

• Optimist about the future of the Video-CV

• Video-CV should be flexible (adjusted to each applicant’s needs)

• Video-CV should be used as a supplement of the traditional CV

• Difficulty in making Video-CVs with people over 45

Evaluation in focus group - Conclusions

About video-CV structure• Who I am: Speak more about personality, less about

education and working experience

• What I can do: Very difficult to show abilities, the person could speak about his/her abilities

• Me in the future: Very important for the identification of the applicant’s objective

Evaluation in focus group - Conclusions

• Operators need more technical instructions

• Not all Centres have a technical operator

• As the Video-CV creation is a time consuming procedure, more counsellors will be needed in a Centre

• No Centre had the appropriate equipment (camera, tripod etc.)
