What does the PM Builder do?

Provides an outline for your required performance measures

PM Builder Identifies Outcomes

• The PM Builder is a simple tool that builds one outcome at a time.

• The PM Builder feeds the performance measure components into the intermediate outcome section of the PM Plan (worksheet).

• Programs must measure the intermediate outcome.

• Programs should discuss outcome expectations with their program officer.

Output: Recycling bins are distributed.

Outcome: More garbage is recycled.

Indicator: Percent increase in pounds of recycled material collected

Target: Over a six month period, there will be a 50% increase in the pounds of recycled material collected in ABC district.
