Exchange ProgramExchange Program• Allocation of Slots (cont.)• Faculty-and university-level slots:
– Slots at top partner universities (required GPAX ≥ 3.50):
• EBA and BEcon students will be ranked according to their overall score and students with the highest scores will be selected
– Other slots (required 2.80 ≤ GPAX < 3.50): • 1st round: EBA students to be given priority with
remaining slots to be allocated to BEcon students• Clearing round: EBA and BEcon students will be
ranked according to their overall score and students with the highest scores will be selected 6
Exchange ProgramExchange Program• Credit and grade transfer
– Courses taken at the host institution must be equivalent to BEcon elective courses
– Courses taken at the host institution must be approved by the Office of the Registrar, ideally prior to the exchange period course equivalency to be established
– Not more than 1/3 of total BEcon credits may be transferred from host institutions
– Grades earned must be equivalent to CU grade “C” (or better). An "F" on the transcript received from the host institution -due to whatever reason- will lead to the student not being eligible to receive CU honours.

Exchange ProgramExchange Program• Credit and grade transfer (cont.)
– Grades earned at the host institution will not be included in the calculation of the GPAX (grades assigned: S or U)
– After having studied at the host institution, students must complete at least one regular term at the home institution prior to graduation
– Exchange students must inform the IAO without delay by email, should they have to change their course selection
