Status of Change Orders
The following Change Orders approved by FCC 1/7/2005 were made available in the Pooling Administration System (PAS) on April 4th:
No. 27 - Extending Forecast Report from 12 to 18 months No. 30 - LERG Assignee Confirmation of Activation in PSTN No. 31 – Expand Query Options for Donation Report No. 32 – Modify Process for Deleting PAS work items No. 33 – Modify Search/Forms View Query No. 36 – Red Light Rule System Modification
No. 35 – Red Light Rule Interim Manual Process had been in progress

Status of Change Orders, cont’dNew:
No. 40 – submitted April 6th. Addresses the need for an additional Pooling Administrator (PA).
No. 41 – submitted May 4th. Was developed from previous Change Order 24 which was withdrawn. Responds to the NOWG request that the PA obtain reports from the NPAC and perform a one-time scrub of our entire database to reduce the likelihood that carriers will receive over-contaminated blocks, or incorrectly identified contaminated blocks in lieu of pristine blocks.

Customers were put out of service.
Responded to FCC and Complainant on 4/8.
NOWG Operational Review Operational review conducted in Concord, CA office April 12-14. Responded to two sets of follow-up questions from NOWG. FCC Contracting Officer approved posting monthly thousands block
pooling data report to the website. Will be available on the 15th of each month (or the first business day following the 15th.
