4. Healthy contact examination is not done in every Districts.

DLO / DN are requested to monitor on their Supervisory visits ( On Job trg.)

LPAs are doing this job already.

5. Referral unit is established in every district Hospital of Lcuknow zone. But cases are not referred from Periphery in all districts.

DLO / DN should make wide publicity among HCFs & Leprosy Staff to refer complicated cases.

6. Validation of U/T cases is not regular in few districts

DLO /DN are requested to validate U/T cases regularly.

7. Supervision reports are not prepared & sent to S.L.O. timely

DLOs are requested to send Supervision reports to SLO in time & regularly.

DLO /DN to take necessary steps.

9. ST & VMT not done in few HCFs.

DLO / DN is requested to practice NMSs & NMAs for ST & VMT during monthly Staff meetings.
