Positive direction overall London has improved on 17 of the 33 indicators since the

2008-09 report= However there are often ‘hidden issues’ behind the

headline story = 11 of the indicators show little or no change× Five of the indicators show a clear deterioration× Performance is worst amongst the economic indicators
