4. Fill the application main details like type of application, application for, registration type etc.

5. There are two tabs (General information and General information other Detail) which are common for all type of authorization under Plastic waste management rules.

6. Detail of Procurement of Raw Material and Supply of the Finished Products (Applicable For Producers And Brand Owners)

7. Detail of Quantum of products and raw material (Applicable For Producers And Brand Owners)

8. Enter Waste Detail (Applicable For Producers & Brand Owners)

9. Enter Product Details And Detail of Plastic Waste Proposed to be Acquired Through Sale, Auction, Contract or Import, as the case may be, for Use As Raw Material (Applicable For Processing Or Recycling)

10. Enter Detail of Waste Management (Applicable For Processing Or Recycling)

11. Enter Details Of the Disposal Facility (Applicable For Processing Or Recycling)

12. Enter Pollution Control Measures (Applicable For Processing Or Recycling)

13. Enter List of producers and quantum of raw materials supplied to producers. (Applicable For Manufacturers)

14. Tab to upload the required documents.

15. Final submission of the application.

16. Tracking of the application
