1 kilo Ube

2 cups brown sugar

1 canned condensed milk

2 cups coconut milk

cooking oil(can be substituted with margarine)

Boil Ube until soft.

Blend Ube, sugar and coconut milk in a blender.

Transfer to a wok.

Then add condensed milk.

Cook in very low heat.

Constantly stir until it turns into a sticky mixture.

Place in a container and cool.
