Click on ‘Projects’. From the drop down list that appears, select the project(s) that you are a part of.

To select, click on the necessary Project acronym

Once you are certain you have selected the correct Project(s), click ‘Register’

Click the drop down arrow next to your user name and select ‘Update Profile’

Click on the ‘Projects’ drop down to see and edit from the list

Click next to each Project to select or deselect it from your profile, then click ‘SAVE’

After your ticket has been closed by an ITSS agent, you will

receive a confirmation email and see your ticket on the My

Tickets screen showing it’s status as ‘Closed’

message body, providing as many details as possible. Once completed, select

‘Post Reply’

email whenever a new post is added to the

thread

been answered correctly. The thread creator can select the
