Abuse of position of trust: sexual activity with a
child. A person aged 18 or over (a) commits an

is aged 18 years or under, where the person aged 18
years and over knows, or could reasonably be
expected to know that he/she is in a position of
trust in relation to the child [under 18 years old].

Many recruitment agencies and employers now
undertake an internet trawl of prospective
employees, and if unsuitable behaviour or
comments are found on their social networking
profile they will be unlikely to be hired.
