Printing formats are selected automatically according to the template used. For example – for pregnancy scan printing format is different than abdomen scanning

Example Radiologist is in different town. Patient gets CT scan done. Radiologist sees the images in his place over internet. Logs to center over internet and dictates report. Digital signature affixed and report is printed.

Pharma Section -1

This is one of the oldest modules in Rammedisoft. And most used module too.

Each account book can have its own pharmacy.

Single pharmacy can have many stores. Each store can have many counters. Centralized stock entry is done and then

distributed to different stores.

Pharma Section -2

Stock is entered with all relevant data. Once a stock item is entered, the next time

when it is to be entered, just copy the previous entry and make changes to make the process very fast

Name, Batch no, expiry, packing, scheme, ptr MRP Contents, VAT, LTE, Prescribing information etc can be entered.

One can have up to 8 number of VAT stages in the reports.

As the items are entered VAT applied gets calculated.

Trade discount and cash discount received is calculated so that you can check the same in the invoice. ( To see if the whole seller has charged you correctly or more)

Sales module is a breeze. More than 20 settings are available to suit to your needs.

Quickly sales vouchers can be created. Template based large sales vouchers can

be created. Needed for Post op prescriptions.

Printing of Sales vouchers is same as in any other modules. From small 10 X 10 cm to A4 size any sized bills can be printed

Bills can be printed as prescription also to facilitate reimbursements.

report I am happy to inform, none of my clients

had trouble to generate VAT reports in 2012-2013 when VAT changed from 2 stage to 4 stages and then from 4 stages to 2 stages.
