Practice: Let’s create a class roster!1. Select CLASS ROSTER.2. Select the CREATE tab.3. Replace the default name of “Untitled Class” in the
Class Name field with an appropriate description.4. Select the appropriate Grade from the drop down list.5. Select NEXT. The student selection screen appears.6. To place a student in the class, select the name once
and select the green arrow pointing to the right.7. When you have completed choosing all students,
select SAVE.

Practice: Let’s create an activity!1. Select the ACTIVITIES icon.2. Select the CREATE tab.3. Define the scope of the Activity by selecting
the blue arrows and checking the boxes of the desired content.
4. Select NEXT.5. Select NEXT (again).6. Specify the Activity name and select the
folder to save your Activity. 7. Select SAVE. 8. To assign the Activity immediately, select
YES. Otherwise select NO.

Select the plus sign to see a list of Activities. Select the Activity you wish to assign.
4. Classes are listed on the right side of the screen. Select the plus sign next to your classes and select the check boxes to select specific classes.
5. Select NEXT. 6. Enter a Start Date (and Due Date, if desired). 7. Select ASSIGN.
