Texealisanewcap/closuredevelopedbyus,madefromAluminium.Itisbeensideembossedandchamferedwithoutbeadandwithliner.

Thisimprovesthetechnologyofthecap/closurebyeliminatingtheconventionaltopbeadinganduseofdryblendlinersintheclosure,therebyprovidingadditionalspaceforsideembossing.Thisprovidesenlargedportionforchamferingofthelogo,brandnameandmanufacturersname,therebygivingenhancedglitteringviewsandmakingitprominentlyvisible,thatgivesconsumerappealtotheproduct.

Thesideembossed/chamferedcapswithoutbeadandwithdryblendlinercannotbemanufacturedeasilythereby avoiding any chance of replacement of the closure after tampering/pilfering the contents, orcounterfeiting.

thePudinHararangewithtwinpurposeinmind.The�irst,tobring

aboutpackagingdesignuniformityacrossallvariantsandformats

of Pudin Hara. And the second, to introduce a state-of-the-art

packaging technology that is impossible to be replicated by

spuriousproductsanddifferentiatefromlookalikesigni�icantly.In

the �irst step, thepackaginggraphicsanddesign forPudinHara

Pearls was aligned to the mother brand – Pudin Hara liquids,

incorporatingthenewDaburgreenEyelogo.

Intheexistingformat,printingofblisterpacks(thatcarryPudin

haraPearls)wasdonedirectlythroughGravuretechnique,acommonlyusedpracticeintheindustry.Toputanendto

counterfeitsinthemarket,weshiftedtoprintingbyGravurewithtransfertechnology.Thisnotonlyensuredbetter
