He has more than 25 years ofindustry experience that ranges from strategicplanning and operations to project portfoliomanagement to testing and commissioning offully-integrated renewable energy project powersystems. Eng. Al Shoaibi holds a Bachelor ofScience in Industrial Engineering from theUniversity of Toledo, USA.

Dr. Al-Busaies has been a Managing Partner ofTATWEER since 2013. He has experience inbusiness filed for more than 15 years. He holdsPhD with a major in comparative law fromAmerican University of London. Global Tatweer signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Small and MediumBusiness Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan in a meeting with itsDirectors and Board Members. The ceremony took place in Riyadh during the FutureInvestment Initiative Forum, which was a wide spectrum of investment initiative in theKingdom organized by Public Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia. It is considered asa cooperation agreement between the SMB Agency, Global Tatweer and RivaDevelopment Company for joint ventures in several projects.

Following the MoU signed atRiyadh on 2017, GlobalTatweer signed it’s secondMOU with Government ofTurkmenistan in cooperationwith The State Bank forForeign Economic Affairs ofTurkmenistan. It is an initialstep to form a joint venturecompany in Turkmenistan inorder to find out potentialopportunities, to cooperateand allocate funds for suchopportunities or projects.

Tatweer signs Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) with Government of Turkmenistan

Following the bilateral agreementssigned between Saudi Arabia andTurkmenistan on 1st May 2016 and forthe purpose to establish strategicbusiness partnerships, Tatweer signed anMoU with Government of Turkmenistanrepresented by the State Bank forForeign Economic Affairs ofTurkmenistan.

The MoU aims to strength the businessrelationship between the two countriesby identifying and exploring theopportunities and exchange theinformation and ideas to create strategicpartnerships in Turkmenistan.

The opportunities involve 45 strategicprojects from various sectors like energy,manufacturing, telecommunication,infrastructure as well as tourism.
