• SCR 727 ESIID Service History & Usage Extract Re-Baseline Summary– PR50024_01 SCR727 Phase II (SCR 740) is in “Closing”
status.– Once the Re-Baseline web service is in production, the
current SCR 727 Historical Data Request process will be discontinued (Data files back to 2003)
• What is the minimal amount of service history and usage data for ESIIDs owned by MP needed? (Today MPs have service history and usage for ESIIDs they own from 7/31/2001 to current.)
• Consensus of DEWG was to have staff provide an analysis of feasibility and cost to maintain 24 months Service History and Usage Extracts.

PRR720 TRE Fee Methodology
• Following Discussion and review, COPS set up an Ad Hoc Committee to work with Staff to:– Simplify the calculation of TREF and billing.– Have personnel other than Settlements perform the
billing and segregate TRE activity from ISP Protocols.– Implement the change in process with the least
intrusion to existing processes. – Develop a process for reconciling TRE costs vs TREF
collections.– ERCOT Legal, ISO, and TRE Staff, are involved in the
discussions with COPS Ad Hoc members – Process is proceeding as we resolve and clarify issues.
