Class Rules• Class hours
– 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
• Breaks– No lunch or dinner break– 15 Minute breaks as appropriate
• Dress code — Business casual– No tank tops, No shorts– No tee-shirts or sweat-shirts displaying profanity
• Miscellaneous– Fill out the Student Profile form and return to the instructor on
the first day of class.– Fill out the Student Feedback form and return to the instructor on
the last day of class.– Turn off ringers on pagers and mobile phones.– Messages will be left on the door; class is interrupted for
emergencies.
• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas

Lab Rules
• Do not work on lab equipment without the instructor's permission.
• Keep the lab doors closed at all times.
• Do not eat or drink in the lab.
• When working with lab equipment:– remove watches and jewelry– wear a grounding strap
• Return tools, test equipment, documentation, etc. to their respective storage areas.
• Store circuit boards in anti-static bags if removed from equipment.

• EBSC/CBRS course– This course is designed for technicians and other personnel
requiring the knowledge needed to operate and maintainNortel Network’s EBSC/CBRS equipment.
• Target audience– Engineers– Switch Technicians– Cell Site Technicians
• Prerequisites– Course 809A, CDMA Theory– Course 809B, Nortel CDMA Product Design and Function – Course 800, Basic UNIX for BSSM technicians– Course 802, BSSM Navigation– Course 803, BSC Operations and Maintenance
