About Linea Homes Linea Homes is a young and innovative property development company with a specialty in identifying and regenerating derelict land and buildings.Naturally creative instincts and a flair for design are the hallmarks of our professional team, whose talent and experi-ence help us to build first-class new homes that reflect and enhance the lifestyles of their future residents. Our signatures of superior design, high specification and well-considered living environments create apartments and houses for everyone to be proud of.Anchored by directors Antony Stark and Gavin Sherman, Linea Homes continues to grow and upholds only the highest of standards. It gives us great pride to say that people love to live in a Linea home.

The DevelopmentAt Redwing Place, we are creating a small collection of beautifully crafted apartments, just around the corner from the wonderful Greenwich Park and a short walk from the markets, shops and cultural venues of this delightful urban village by the river. The exterior of Redwing Place is a combination of traditional and modern materials. London stock brick-work provides a respectful nod to the neighbourhood's period architecture, while contemporary touches of vertical terracotta tiles, broad timber frames and powder-coated aluminium provide appropriate accents of modern design. Inside we've taken inspiration from the wharfs and warehouses so vital o London's river commerce, with exposed brick walls in many apartments and, on the upper levels, French windows reminiscent of loading bay doors. These are accompanied by our signature high specification including designer kitchens by Urban Myth, beautiful Italian bathrooms, engineered smoked oak floor planks and smart flat plate sockets and switches in white metal. The finishing touches are a series of future-proof and eco- friendly qualities to ensure the apartments at Redwing Place remain current and enjoyable for many years: integral home automation and audio/visual wiring, Sky+ compatibility, energy efficient lighting, underfloor eating and a secure on-site cycle area all go to make these apartments the perfect model of modern city living.

Canary Wharf will be one of the largest Crossrail stations. The new Crossrail station has been built in dock water area, in this case the North Dock of West India Quay. The station, retail and park areas are six storeys high; approximately the size of One Canada Square laid on its side. The station development will provide a link between Canary Wharf and Poplar, currently severed by the North Dock. When works are completed the remainder of the site will be handed back to Canary Wharf Group to enable development of office space at North Quay, which already has planning permission. Canary Wharf is the most progressed of Crossrail’s 10 new stations. Eight 30 metre long escalators, nine 11 metre long escalators, six lifts, flooring, wall cladding and space for station services are all in place in the ticket hall level. Canary Wharf Group plc has completed construction of the Crossrail Canary Wharf station and handed over the ticket hall and platform levels to Crossrail Limited. Average predicted journey times;· Liverpool Street Station - 6 minutes**(from Canary Wharf Station)· Stratford Station (Westfield’s Shopping Centre) - 8 minutes** (from Canary Wharf Station)· Tottenham Court Road - 11 minutes** (from Canary Wharf Station)· Heathrow Airport (T123) – 39 minutes** (from Canary Wharf Station)
