•Celebrating Performance award receivers have a 8.9 point lower unmanaged attrition rate as compared to the overall Accenture unmanaged attrition rate.•All career levels reflected a lower attrition rate for Celebrating Performance receivers. The largest impact was shown at the Analyst level.

Attrition metrics reported quarterly. -Analysis includes all Celebrating Performance award types (points, anniversary, and e-cards), and senior executives who received anniversary and performance-based e-cards.-The recognition sub category in the Global Employee Survey includes and average of favorable responses (strongly agree and agree) for Question 21(“I am rewarded for developing people who
