Quickly identify high-potential, low-risk candidates early in the recruitment process

In addition to converting the applicant'sresponses into a personality profile, the profile isalso compared against a benchmark of 'goodperformers' in the same role. Benchmarks exist for over 40 care and relatedroles, however we recommend you create yourown custom benchmarks based on your goodperformers.

The result of this comparison is shown as a jobfit score. This score allows the system to rankand sort candidates within the applicant poolbased on their job fit result and their risk profile,derived from the counter-productive workattitudes scales. We call this functionality "Smart Sort" and it hassaved our clients hours of sifting throughresumes.

The Care Advantage platform has 4 assessments. Theyare set at age 12 reading level and can be used in anycombination or at any stage through the screening, on-boarding and development process.
