Knights MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Knights of Columbus activities provide something foreveryone.
Each member has specific talents he can offer for thegood of the community and the Order. Each councilselects the projects that are most appropriate for aparticular area.
There are six areas of involvement open to members:Church... Community... Council... Family... Pro Life andYouth.
Whatever area a member chooses – working with youngpeople, supporting pro-life efforts or coordinating civicinvolvement – the council works to find out how to bestutilize that member’s interests and talents.
This demonstrates the many reasons why so manyCatholic men and their families have joined the Knights ofColumbus.

CommunityInvolvement
The Knights of Columbus gives members an excellent chanceto work for the betterment of the community.
In many areas, Knights are first to volunteer manpower andfurnish leadership for a community undertaking.
Councils everywhere lead the fight against hunger, supportour law-enforcement agencies, assist the less fortunate, and support programs that benefit senior citizens.
Every year, Knights and their families volunteer millions ofhours to their communities – such as service to youth, hospitals, orphanages and churches. Additional donationsto charity – for the needy, victims of disasters, homes forthe aged, educational purposes, gifts of clothing and food –total in millions of dollars.
