1. How to Turn ON HAAS for Windows
a) Open HAAS for Windows.
b) Release Emergency Stop button before Reset the simulator.
c) Press the Reset button twice.
d) Once the alarms are cleared. The machine needs to start all operation from a reference
point; this point is called home. To perform, push the Power Up Button.
e) Push List Program. There are many locations to open or make program, Memory, USB
Device, Hard Drive, and Net Share. In this module, the program will be made directly
on the machine. Therefore, choose memory and then press Enter Button.
f) There will appear the list of number as following OXXXXX, that number represents
identity of the program. Use the Cursor Keys, or the Handle Jog to find some numbers
of program that does not exist yet. For example, the program that will be made is
program number 20. Numbers that should be pressed are 2 and 0 in sequence. Then
final number of the program will appear like this O00020.
g) Press EDIT to make or edit codes of the program, and then type the required codes
(it‘s not necessary to use a SPACE), after writing a line of codes press WRITE/ENTER (to
delete a code before pressing ENTER, press CANCEL, and to delete a code after pressing
ENTER, press DELETE).
