    For the 13th successive year, AOF celebrated International White Cane Day in Octo-ber along with its partner NGOs working towards the welfare of visually challenged.On the occasion, white canes were gifted to visually challenged students.

    In Delhi & Mumbai, AOF along with its volunteers went the extra mile to draw atten-tion of vehicle users to the plight of the visually challenged by organizing a smallroad show to sensitize the vehicle users to be sensitive to the visually challengedand the importance of White Cane.

    Uttarakhand DisasterRelief AOF partnered with Himalaya Paryavaran Jadi-Buti Agro Sansthan (JADDI) to support familiesof Uttarakhand disaster with a commitment ofINR 51 lakhs which will be used for constructionof 36 homes in the affected areas of Bhatwariblock & Dunda block in Uttarkashi district. Thehouses will be earthquake resistant and canaccommodate up to ten people.
