KNOWLEDGE

Similar to the great cattle drives of the 1800s, the information age finds us needing to

drive great amounts of knowledge across generations, cultures and nations.

To be an effective purveyor of knowledge, faculty must also be great learners of knowledge. The gap

between training and learning becomes apparent in that we can train others on content through direct

delivery of information, but effective teaching must inspire, awaken and drive a great hunger to learn.

In its SIXTH year of initiating The Great Annual Knowledge Drive for the new millennium,

KC’15: A MILLION WAYS TO LEARN IN THE WEST KC’15: A MILLION WAYS TO LEARN IN THE WEST KC’15: A MILLION WAYS TO LEARN IN THE WEST KC’15: A MILLION WAYS TO LEARN IN THE WEST
