As you may already know, next week there will be a big celebration for our books. Starting Monday January 16th until Thursday January 19th, Yoliztli will be receiving books in English as a donation to our English bookshelf. This action will allow you to share some of your favorite books with classmates. The local bookstore will be coming to school on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 12 pm, be ready. Let´s do our best donating a book in English!!

Remember to keep track of your Reading in your Reading Log. WE CAN DO IT!

Since we are celebrating THE BOOK´S WEEK, you will start your plan on writing a short story to be shared to smaller children. After analyzing the types of stories that we read yesterday in class. Consider the following notes to complete the diagram. -Have a catchy title to get the attention of the readers. -Use your imagination to invent a short story that will be read to small children. Think about what type of stories they like. -You will print the diagram and you will complete it with basic information. You will insert your homework in the box.
