Mr. Kitchen has 20 years of experience as an environmental professional. He has conducted a variety of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), and subsurface investigations throughout the Northeast United States. He has substantial experience with managing remedial investigation at large complex sites with numerous areas of concern. These sites include brownfields sites where he assisted with redevelopment activities, including negotiation support for covenants not to sue, administrative consent orders, and insurance issues. Mr. Kitchen has managed projects under all phases of the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP). He has managed numerous in-situ chemical oxidation (ISCO) remediation projects. He has also managed numerous compliance projects including; SPCC Plans, SWPPPs, and industrial air permitting.

Greg has over 20 years of experience working on waste issues in Massachusetts. He currently manages the Commonwealths efforts in solid and hazardous waste management, including MassDEPs Underground Storage Tank Program. This includes regulatory and policy development, compliance and enforcement, and technical assistance and outreach efforts focused on ensuring that fueling stations are properly managed and maintained to prevent releases.

Bruce Garrett is the president of Dependable Petroleum Service, a company that performs underground/above ground storage tank related services. Bruce has helped petroleum tank owners remain in compliance for more than 25 years. He has worked closely with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection since 2009 to help develop new underground storage tank regulations as well as the operator training requirements.
