The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) is a nonprofit organization responsible for

coordinating the maintenance and procedures of several databases related to the namespaces of the Internet,

ensuring the network’s stable and secure operation. ICANN was created on September 18, 1998， is a

collection of grobal network of business,technology and academic experts of various feleds,responsible for

coordinating the Internet’s unique identifer system and its safe and stable work on a global scale,including the

space allocation of Internet Protocal(IP), the assignment of protocal identifiers,the management of gTLD and

ccTLD systems,as well as root server system management functions. .
