ProposalThe Town of St. Albans is seeking Requests for Proposal from qualified janitorial services to pro-vide cleaning services for Town Hall. The RFP should include a quote for the cost of cleaning a 2 floor building with 3 multi-gender bathrooms, 1 large multi-function room, 1 kitchenette along with several offices and common areas. Clean-ing of all areas will be ac-complished at least twice per week during non-business hours. The bid will include the cost of cleaning tools and sup-plies and will include per roll costs for paper prod-uct replacement. The Town is also requesting bidders provide a per square foot, all inclusive cost for periodic carpet cleaning. A mandatory meeting and walk through for potential bidders will be held on April 25th at 2pm. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to negotiate with a qualified source. This Request for Proposal in no way obli-gates the Town to award a contract.
