Jamie is the GIS manager for a 3,500-person consulting engineering firm. He is responsible for
implementing technical data solutions for projects and clients across the country. He has a masters
degree in geology from University of New Hampshire, and specializes in the development of data
visualization products and models for environmental contaminant sites, geologic resources, and
geologic hazards.

Kristen comes to CyPhy Works with an unparalleled background in commercial unmanned air systems
(UAS) and drones. She is an established successful executive who works at the forefront of leading edge
industries. Kristen has a demonstrated track record of new business innovation, industry sales and
marketing, and executive management. At her prior position at Aerovinronment, she spearheaded their
Electric Vehicle (EV) charging business. Kristen will be based at CyPhy Works world headquarters in
Danvers, Massachusetts. She holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Illinois, and an MBA from
the University of Michigan.

Chris Poreda serves as the Regional Counsel for the FAAs New England Region, a position he has held
since August of 2002. Prior to assuming that managerial role he served as a senior staff attorney in
that office and principal legal advisor to the FAAs Engine & Propeller Directorate, an engineering office
responsible for regulatory oversight of engine and propeller designs installed on aircraft world-wide.
Mr. Poreda graduated from Northeastern University School of Law and was admitted to the Bar in the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1985. Following law school he clerked for the Massachusetts
Appeals Court and then worked at the Boston office of Bingham, Dana & Gould, before joining the FAA.
Before attending law school he served in the U.S. Air Force as a pilot in F-4 Phantom II fighter aircraft
and as a primary flight instructor in the Air Force pilot training program. As Regional Counsel, Mr.
Poreda manages the FAAs field legal office in New England and oversees legal issues from regulatory
enforcement to rulemaking to airport sponsor obligations under the FAAs Airport Improvement
Program. Mr. Poreda is also a regular speaker and commentator at aviation law conferences and pilot
safety seminars.

Currently, Mr Serna leads initiatives at Draper Laboratory to identify new and emerging challenges for
Draper capabilities. Previously he was Director of Systems Engineering at Draper. He serves on the
-
National Academies Panel on Ballistics Science and Engineering. He is Chair of the Systems Engineering
division of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), President of the New England Chapter of
Association of Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI). He is a board member of NUAIR, the
entity that manages the New York/Massachusetts Unmanned Air Systems test sites. Finally, Mr. Serna
has been a guest lecturer at the MIT Engineering Systems Division, summer course on systems
engineering. Mr. Serna holds degrees from Yale University and Northeastern University.

Cameron is a Director in McLanes Litigation Department, and Chair of the Privacy and Data Security
Group. In his 18 years as a lawyer, Cameron has managed, litigated and resolved numerous
commercial matters involving business, technology, and employment issues in New Hampshire,
Massachusetts, New England, and around the country.
Combining his business, technology and employment interests, Cameron has developed a depth and
breadth of experience in privacy and data security. His rsum includes managing data security audits,
preparing and implementing written security policies, addressing day-to-day security issues, and
investigating and remediating security breaches. Cameron has dealt with these issues under a wide
range of state and federal laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Blilely Act (GLB), Health Insurance
Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical
Health Act (HITECH), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations, Fair Credit Reporting Act
(FCRA), Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA), and a number of state data security laws.
Data privacy is another focus of Camerons practice, including creating and implementing privacy
policies, terms of use agreements, information use and social media policies, advising clients about
workplace privacy, social media, and consumer privacy, and handling data privacy claims asserted
against companies. He has dealt with these issues under numerous applicable laws, including the
Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA), Stored Communications Act (SCA), Computer Fraud and
Abuse Act (CFAA), Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act), the Massachusetts privacy act, state wiretap
laws, and a variety of other state and federal laws.
Cameron received a J.D. from Cornell Law School in 1995, and a B.A. from Lewis & Clark College in
Portland, Oregon in 1992, with honors in Business. While in law school, he interned for United States
District Court Judge Royce Lamberth in Washington, D.C.

Jason is a software developer and geographic information systems nerd. He earned a masters degree
in hydrology from New Mexico Tech, and he is a private pilot and certified ground instructor. In his free
time, he teaches ground school, studies for an instrument rating, and plays with microcontrollers with
his kids.
