in architecture and the provision of architectural services.Based in Melbourne, Australia the firm has completed a

diversified type of work all over Australia, including Europe, Asia and the South Pacific.

Project work continues to be in most urban areas around Australia and internationally.

Morea Architects is headed by its founding Prinicipal Director, Constantine Dionysios Moschoyiannis

The company originated as a family business with professional qualifications and experience in the different fields of

architecture, planning, construction and project management. As part of our experience and background, we offer a unique

service that assists developers, property owners and others to procure a building that which through design achieves solutions of maximum speed, economy and efficiency.

Often we provide this service as management from conception through to occupation of the building, with emphasis being on the importance of architectural creativity and problem solving.

This central focus, coupled with out integral construction background, serves to more than adequately fulfil all other

project criteria in the procurement of buildings.

The foundation of our business remains our personal relationship with our numerous clients that has developed

through the involvement of a wide variety of their projects for over 20 years.

The client-architect relationship is a drawn out one. It can take a considerable amount of time from the first creative

schematics to the actual finished building. It is a journey of concepts and ideas developed from the broader picture, to the

smallest detail; this is equally true of a small or large project.It is all about team work.

For us, love, philosophy and architecture are the same thing. We must understand ourselves and life before understanding

buildings for others. Our clients find that we are not distant professionals, we bring our love of life and our work together in

a rounded world view.

We gently bring to people the advantages of natural light and happy, environmentaly sound buildings with good values. We have demonstrated this with the successful adoption of many

varied principals of design. Such as; Feng Shui, Tai Chai, classical, heritage and conservation, but ultimately modern and

contemporary architecture.
