Jose Luis Alcantara, Executive Chef at RODA Al Bustan was born in Cordoba, Spain in a family of chefs. Chef Luis graduated in Hospitality Management Diploma in Granada in 1987. He began his professional career at Hotel La Bobadilla Spain, a 5-Star Relais Chateaux & Leading Hotels of the World at the Michelin-starred La Finca restaurant.

Throughout his professional career he has gained experience in Spanish restaurants such as El Lago Restaurant (Michelin Star) and International companies such as Kempinski (Estepona – Malaga) and Sheraton (Alfonso XIII – Seville).

During his continuous career abroad in countries such as England, Switzerland and the United States, he developed as an Executive Chef and lecturer at Les Roches Marbella.

Ayub Khan studied Hospitality Management at the Trade Wings Institute, Pune, India in 1985. He started his career in India with Taj Group of Hotels in 1987, then moved to Dubai in 1991. He worked with Chicago Beach Hotel, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and continued to grow until he reached his position as a Specialty Restaurant Manager in 2007. Currently, Ayub is managing Roda Grill, a �ne dining steakhouse restaurant in RODA Al Bustan.
