Key performance indicators (KPIs) are a set of selected indicators used for measuring the current network performance and trends

KPIs highlight the key factors of network monitoring and warn in time of potential problems

KPIs are also used to prioritize the corrective actions

the traffic with AMR voice and video phone is bigger than 0.1 Erlang

− This KPI can be used to evaluate the effect of cells with poor call drop rate or call setup success rate to the deteriorating of network performance in one RNC
