Lehui has the ability in des ign of compl ete set of biologica l f ermentat ion tank systems , manufacture, installat ion, commiss ioning, and maintenance. We can manuf acture tank capacity of 50L to 500 cubic meters. We may also pr ovide services fo r design, instal lation, and commissioning , s uch as process engineering , automation control s ys te m, piping, and valve system.

The tank adopts mechanical and electrochemical

polish ing with the fine fin ish as required by the clients such as ≤ 0.8μm, ≤ 0.6μm, ≤ 0.2μm. Surface

Si nc e 2006, Lehui has devel oped and ma intained friend ly coo peration with Novozymes Company. All sizes o f fermentation tanks, seeds tanks, and mixture tanks with different specificat ions and pressure grade are manufactured in L ehu i workshop. Currently, fer mentat ion tanks, seeds tanks and mixture tanks are

delivered in functi onal mo dule type for Novozymes (USA) project

consi deri ng the high installation costs in the USA. The pipelines, cable junction box, cables ar e laid and connected in Lehui

workshop, as well as some instruments ar e fit ted in the fr ame for

export in set, saving installation costs and t ime, destination site

instal lation and p roject investment will also be re duced in a b ig

amount.
