CIP/SIP system

M-Filling LHPBGY series adopts mechanical filling valve, it

is suited for filling both beer and carbonated beverages.

The filler can handle different bottle sizes by changing

starwheel unit. Precise fill level definition with quick-

change insertable vent tube. In addition, double pre-

evacuation is available in the filler. With its simple design

and economical maintenance, the proven

mechanopneumatic short-tube filling system creates

ideal operating conditions.

The material flows into the bottom of ring bowl through central tube. Empty

glass bottles are conveyed to bottle lifting cylinder through transfer starwheels.

The centering cover falls to the bottle mouth by gravity. The lifting cylinder rises

to contact with filling valves and then seals. We can adopt pre-evacuation by

vacuum valve or inflation by inflation valve in the process of rotation. If choose

pre-evacuation , inflation valve opens and injects gas into bottles(double pre-

evacuations and inflations are available), When the pressure inside the bottles

keeps balance with it in the ring bowl, the filling valve opens and the product

flows into bottles. Then the gas inside the bottles returns to ring bowl through

vent tube. The vent tube is sealed when product gets to its bottom, so gas can

not return to ring bowl. The filling level rises until the pressure achieves balance.

When the filling level is steady, the filling valve shuts off. Lifting cylinder falls after

the snifting valve exhausts the gas. Hereto the filling process is over. The transfer

starwheels conveys bottles onto the capper or screw capper.

The system is quickly ready for operation again by simply replacing the vent

tube and adjusting the height of the ring bowl in accordance with a master

scale.

Standardized M-filling is equipped with internal mechanical valve and external

bottle lifting cylinder. It is suited for glass bottles and returnable PET bottles. The

M-filling can process different height bottles by adjusting the height of ring bowl.

Different fill levels needed for the individual bottle and product types are

obtained by simply replacing the inserted vent tube. Different shapes of bottles

are obtained by replacing the bottle infeed screw and starwheel units.

The CIP system is used for cleaning the interior of ring bowl and tubes contacted

with materials. The use of CIP cups below the filling valves produces a closed

system and enables loss-free cleaning. The CIP cleaning agent reaches and rinses

all zones which come into contact with the product after the process is set up.

Optionally, the filler front table can be supplied in roof-table design. This hipped-

roof design facilitates the automatic removal of residual product particles or

cleaning agents, thus further improving the microbiological safety in the filler area.
