world of rubber in the year 1978 and since then,
and I am very proud to state this, we have been

Formed in the year 1978, we have since then, gone on to become India’s foremost Rubber Lining
Companies. We are located in HOSUR, which is about 300 kms from Chennai Port and 40 kms
from Bangalore. We are situated on the National Highway and have easy access to all parts of the
Country. And the proximity to the Chennai Port gives us access to the Globe.BY VISION
Since inception, some four decades back, we have steadily grown to reach the position of
eminence we hold today because our founder Mr.V.Vajravel envisioned a future where we would
hold sway and define the new direction in whatever we set out to do.
Today, we are the leading name in the area of rubber lining in the country, bringing our brand of
expertise across a wide spectrum of industries. In fact, our area of competence extends beyond
rubber lining and includes fabrication of tanks, vessels, pipes and fittings, outlet boxes, heater
shells, tube holder plates, dished ends, evaporators, rubber dredging hoses, slurry & transfer
hoses, rise dehusking rollers, pulleys, gaskets and moulded components. We have also carried
out various site rubber lining of phosphoric acid storage tanks, DM water tanks, HCL acid storage
tanks etc., apart from specific services for the mining industry.
Corrosion and Abrasion cause damages worth Billions of
Rupees in the Industry. Our Corrosion and Abrasion Resistant
Rubber Lining prevents such damage which results in sizable
savings throughout the Industry. Our presence not just in
India but across the globe is a measure of our standing in
this field. We are specialist in supply of all MSRL Equipment
for Multi-Stage Fusion Evaporator(MSFE) Projects’ and we
have executed major projects for Staple Fibre and Viscose
Rayon Manufactures in India, Thailand and Indonesia. So far
,we have supplied more than 800 Tube Holder Plates,300
Evaporators,300 Re-Boilers and 700 Dish Ends for Re-Boilers.
These are the equipment used in Spin Bath application to
with stand very high temperatures of 130 deg.”C”.
We are the most successful Rubber Liner in India especially
for MSFE Equipment like Re-Boilers, Tube Plates and
Evaporators to withstand temperatures up to 130 Degree
Celsius. We have served all the Staple Fibre Viscose Rayon
Plants in India and also in Thailand and Indonesia.
For than a decade, backed by constant R&D, we have
established our presence in site rubber lining in industries as
diverse as fertilizer process plants, chloro alkali and caustic
soda plants among other chemical industries.
Another area where we have brought our expertise to bear is
by serving sea and river dredgers with our rubber dredging
hoses, expansion joints/bellows that can withstand up to
25Kg working pressure of all sizes. We also manufacture and
supply Tanks, Vessels, Pipes & Fittings, Sand Filters, Agitators,
Outlet Boxes, Heater Shells etc.

Our R&D facilities include state of art testing equipment and testing machines that
are regularly maintained and calibrated. Various testing procedures are carried
out from raw material stage to the final products with these testing facilities.
These tests includes Mooney Viscosity, Rheological properties, Hardness, Tensile
strength, Elongation, Abrasion Resistance, Tear strength, Peel strength, chemical
analysis, compression set, purity test, melting point etc.
All the tests are carried out by IS, ASTM, DIN or the customer requirement by
qualified and experienced personnel.
We have developed various compounds for the hardness ranging from 35 – 100
shore A & 35 to 90 shore D, using a wide range of polymers such as NR, SBR,
Nitrile, NBR + PVC, Silicone, Viton, EPDM, Hypalon.
Our recent development is Ultra high Heat Resistance EPDM conveyor cover
compound, which can withstand temperatures of 180 C continuously.

These include, butyl rubbers for tube, Inner liner & Bladder, EPDM for conveyor belt & Butter Fly valve, Silicone rubber for Printing rollers & food grade applications.
