No : PCP 036 Date : 26 June 2015 Page1 How to be Competitive , Cost Effective , with NO Compromising on the Product Quality We all know very well , how competitive the World is today ? . Take for example any Industry , Food, Pharmacy, Electronics, Packaging, Rubber , Plastic , etc………….. Thanks to the Innovative measures adopted by all the Manufacturing Industry across the World. We can see that there are hardly any , Monopoly Products being produced. There are 100s of manufacturers for our day to day needs , in the Industry. We come across a discussion , debate on , COST REDUCTION , WITH NO COMPROMISE ON QUALITY OR DELIVERY SCHEDULE. Almost all the Buyers , conduct a Cost Reduction program me , every years , and Insist on , say 5 - 10% cost reduction . This is really a very dicey situation for any , manufacturer or supplier to full fill this Cost Reduction demand , practically every year. The Manufacturer has to face and accommodate for , the Increase in Cost of Incoming raw materials prices, Higher Energy cost ( such as Electricity , Fuel , water ) , higher wages and salaries, Higher Interests on borrowed Capital, Higher rents or lease cost. So at one end the Manufacturing Cost or the Manufacturing Over Heads are always on a higher side , however at the other end the Buyer is forcing or expecting for COST REDUCTION. Hence it is a big Challenge for the manufacturers to tackle this situation . Neither the Manufacturer nor the Buyer is interested in loosing the Business Contract. The history says that , for any Problem there is a solution , provided we are smart enough to think and act. Let us analyze the issue from the manufacturers point of view. The manufacturer cannot 1. Control the Prices of the Incoming Raw Materials , beyond a certain extent. 2. Control the wages 3. Interest on borrowings 4. Rent But how about Energy Cost ? , Yes , as you rightly identified , this is the area where there a big potential to cut down on yr energy cost . There is a Big chances , or opportunity , to save on our Energy cost , in terms of Electricity , as well as fuel . Its Time now to thank , the Solar Energy Promotion movement across the world , and especially in India. India is one of the countries , where Solar Energy is available at our service almost 290-300 days a years.

How to be Competitive , Cost Effective , with NOCompromising on the Product Quality

We all know very well , how competitive the World is today ? . Take for example any Industry , Food,Pharmacy, Electronics, Packaging, Rubber , Plastic , etc…………..

Thanks to the Innovative measures adopted by all the Manufacturing Industry across the World. Wecan see that there are hardly any , Monopoly Products being produced. There are 100’s ofmanufacturers for our day to day needs , in the Industry. We come across a discussion , debate on , COST REDUCTION , WITH NO COMPROMISE ONQUALITY OR DELIVERY SCHEDULE.Almost all the Buyer’s , conduct a Cost Reduction program me , every years , and Insist on , say 5 -10% cost reduction .This is really a very dicey situation for any , manufacturer or supplier to full fill this Cost Reductiondemand , practically every year. The history says that , for any Problem there is a solution , provided we are smart enough to think andact. Let us analyze the issue from the manufacturers point of view. The manufacturer cannot

1. Control the Prices of the Incoming Raw Materials , beyond a certain extent.2. Control the wages3. Interest on borrowings4. Rent

But how about Energy Cost ? ,Yes , as you rightly identified , this is the area where there a big potential to cut down on yr energycost . There is a Big chances , or opportunity , to save on our Energy cost , in terms of Electricity , aswell as fuel .

It’s Time now to thank , the Solar Energy Promotion movement across the world , and especially inIndia. India is one of the countries , where Solar Energy is available at our service almost 290-300 daysa years.

We all have to think smart and fast , to adopt this Technology , as soon as possible , to Cut our Energycost , and our overall Manufacturing cost to a great Extent. This is going to make you and your Buyer, happy and bring a pleasant Smile back.

The Solar Energy is not only going to bring Back a Broad smile on your face , but it is also going to beso much advantageous in many ways.

Advantages of Solar Power ?

1. Solar energy is a clean and renewable energy source. Once a solar panel is installed, solarenergy can be produced free of charge.

2. Solar energy will last forever whereas it is estimated that the world’s oil reserves will last for30 to 40 years.

3. Solar energy causes no pollution. Solar cells make absolutely no noise at all. On the other hand, the giant machines utilized for pumping oil are extremely noisy and therefore very impractical.Very little maintenance is needed to keep solar cells running.

4. There are no moving parts in a solar cell which makes it impossible to really damage them.5. In the long term, there can be a high return on investment due to the amount of free energy a

solar panel can produce, it is estimated that the average household will see 50% of their energycoming in from solar panels.

Disadvantages of Solar Power?

1. Solar panels can be expensive to install resulting in a time-lag of many years for savings onenergy bills to match initial investments.

2. Electricity generation depends entirely on a countries exposure to sunlight; this could be limitedby a countries climate.

3. Solar power stations do not match the power output of similar sized conventional powerstations; they can also be very expensive to build.

4. Solar power is used to charge batteries so that solar powered devices can be used at night. Thebatteries can often be large and heavy, taking up space and needing to be replaced from time totime.

We are with you

to cut your costto provide services for Power generation, distribution, maintenance & energyconservation.

We provide you ‘Consultancy & Energy auditing’ for turnkey industrial, commercial &residential projects. On the basis of profound knowledge & abundant experience, of our associate company ,we execute in-house training programs.

We can arrange a Energy Management program meEnergy is very precious and unique commodity. No one can store it. Energy generationis having high shortfall to the demand supply ratio. Energy management program is aright technique for effective way for proper utilization of energy. It incorporates

Energy Audit Power Quality Audit Cost Management

Energy Audit : ‘Power Saved’ is ‘Power Generated’Typically an energy audit is conducted to seek opportunities to reduce the amount ofEnergy input into the system without negatively affecting the output. Energy audit is astudy of a plant machinery, institute or organization to determine how and where energyis used and to identify methods for energy savings.

Power Quality Audit : ‘Distorted power is worse than total dark’Our Energy Management Program incorporates unique techniques for evaluating thequality of power. Supply with harmonic distortion, voltage fluctuations, currentimbalances lead not only savior problems for electrical distribution system but to all thevaluable load that we connect.

Cost Management : ‘Money save is money earned’
